The front 1800sq feet (approximate) is retail space but currently used as a huge play room for my kids.
The back 700sq feet has been converted to office space. It has two private executive offices and open plan space for 3-4 staff. It also has large store area with 10ft high shelves.

Top Floor
There are three finished bedrooms and a large open plan kitchen, living and dining area. There is also an open library/study area adjoining the living area.
There is a finished office upstairs that could be used as a bedroom although it has no window. It does have an enormous skylight that has been covered over and can be easily restored with the purchase of some glass and fittings. No need for a custom skylight fixture, laminated glass (second hand) would be just fine. There is a matching skylight in the upstairs office/4th bedroom (not pictured).
