Lower & upper parking or garage areas. A cellar site, cistren site, large garden area & an alternate (walk-in)road into property. The easement onto the property from Laurel Run Road has a permit & is properly engineered with a 20' culvert. Road is not yet graveled. Planning on doing that in the spring after it all settles, I will know by then where the water wants to run to determine where to put additional culverts. Laurel Run Road is a single track paved road. Property boundary is 1 mile from route 28. Property sits less than 12 miles from Snowshoe Ski Resort by backroad & 20 miles by hardtop. Pocahontas County High School is 4 miles. Cass scenic Railroad less than 10 miles, Greenbank & observatory less than 8 miles. Greenbriar River & trail about 2 miles by road. Mineral & timber rights convey with property. There is no record of timbering on this land, trees are big & plentyful, you'll never run out of firewood. Lots of stone to build with also. Except long range views, everything you see from the high cabin site is either SSF or your own property. I am not accepting any offers at this time other than the asking price, which will go up as the property is developed more. April it will be graveled & culverts put in, a well & then I'm starting on a cabin. Electric & phone service is at the road.
